Terms & Conditions — D’MASIV Asia Home Run Malaysia

By purchasing a ticket for the D’MASIV Asia Home Run Malaysia concert, you agree to all the applicable Terms & Conditions stated below. Please read carefully for the comfort and safety of all parties involved, especially children and families.

By purchasing and/or using this ticket, the attendee is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this document as a binding agreement between the attendee and the organizer. These Terms & Conditions hold the same legal force as a contract and may be used as a legal reference in the event of a violation.

Ticket Purchase

• Tickets can only be purchased through dmasivtour.com.
• Ticket prices exclude a Booking Fee of RM 5 and a Transaction Fee of 3.5%.
• Use valid identification (Identity Number/Passport Number) when purchasing tickets. Tickets cannot be modified after purchase.
• A maximum of 4 (four) tickets can be purchased per transaction using different personal data.
• One ticket is valid for one person and does not permit re-entry (no re-entry).
• Tickets are digital and will be available 5 days before the concert (D-5) via the Loket X application (available on Play Store and App Store).
• This ticket is for personal use only. Resale or use for commercial purposes without the promoter’s consent is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of the ticket purchase terms may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers of ownership are permitted.

Age Requirement

• Age 17 and above: Allowed to attend the concert and purchase the ticket independently.
• Age 2–16: Allowed to attend the concert when accompanied by an adult (minimum age 18) and must have a valid ticket. Tickets for children must be purchased by the accompanying adult. Children under the age of 5 years old are required to use earmuffs.
• Under the age of 2: Free of charge, allowed to enter the concert area with a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 5 years old are required to use earmuffs.

Tickets & Seatings Information

• Tribune ticket includes:
  • Super VIP
  • Diamond
  • Platinum
  • Gold
• Festival tickets are standing and located on area Level 1.
• The promoter does not sell tickets that are fully obstructed by barriers/pillars.

Seat Numbers Information

• Seat numbers picked automatically by system. Seats will be arranged starting from the front row of each category, based on the numbers of tickets purchased and the time of purchase. First buy, first served.
• Purchases of more than 1 ticket will be seated consecutively based on tickets purchased, subject to availability.
• Seat numbers will be available 5 days before the concert on your ticket in the Loket X app.

Accessibility

• The promoter provides a designated area for wheelchair users and pregnant women for their comfort throughout the concert. Wheelchair users and pregnant women are required to purchase a Festival category ticket. To access this area, please contact support@antarasuara.com.

Safety Warnings

• The concert will feature intense lightning and loud sounds that may cause health issues, particularly for attendees with medical conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy, hearing sensitives, and other sensory issues.
• Please use ear protection if you are sensitive to loud sounds and consult with a medical professional if you have any specific conditions.
• Attendees with serious medical conditions (such as heart disorders, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or other chronic illness) are strongly advised not to attend the concert for personal safety.
• Every attendee is responsible for their own condition and potential risks associated from exposure to intense lightning, loud sounds, large crowds, and event-area conditions.

Attendee Information

• No baggage storage available. Avoid bringing a suitcase, large bag, or oversized items to the concert area.
• Tickets are only valid for the registered holder. Duplicate or misused tickets will be canceled without a refund.
• For the comfort and safety of all attendees, visitors required to:
  • Follow all instructions from security personnel and event staff.
  • Refrain from provocative, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour toward others attendees.
  • Not climbing the stage, barriers, pillars, or other restricted areas.
  • Dispose waste properly and not litter.
• Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee without a refund if they:
  • Do not hold a valid ticket.
  • Disturb the comfort or safety of others.
  • Are under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  • Carry prohibited items.
  • Violate security instruction or event regulations.
• In the event of force majeure (artist cancellation, natural disaster, government policy, etc), refund will follow the promoter’s policy. Additional costs such as accommodation and transportation are not covered by the organizer.
• The organizer, event committee, artists, and all involved parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to belongings, or accidents within the concert area.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and smoothness of the events, the following items are not permitted inside the concert area which includes:

• Outside food and beverages.
• Alcohol and drugs.
• Sharp weapons, firearms, or any other dangerous objects.
• Laser pointers, fireworks, sparklers, and any other explosives objects.
• Professional camera (SLR/DSLR), cameras with detachable lenses, drone, tripod, monopod (selfie sticks), action camera (GoPro and similar devices).
• Audio or video recording equipment.
• Tablet, laptop, and other large electronic devices.
• Brochures, pamphlets, or any other promotional material without prior authorization.
• Large umbrellas and other oversized items.
• Pets.
• Vape and unsealed cigarettes exceeding 1 pack.
• Tumblers containing anything other than mineral water.
• Any objects that may be used to disturb public order, endanger the safety of others, and/or cause harm to people or property, at the discretion of the concert organizer.

Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned. Violations may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Recording & Publicity

• Attendees are prohibited from uploading concert videos longer than 30 seconds per song to social media.
• The organizer reserves the right to record and use any concert documentations, including images or statements from attendees, for promotional purposes without compensation.
• By attending the concert, attendees release the organizer and its affiliates from any claims related to such documentation.

Changes and Adjustments

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event layout, revise the Terms & Conditions, and implement security measures as needed without prior notice.
• The organizer is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from changes, delays, or event cancellations.
• All updates will be announced through the promoter’s official channels.
